I really don't remember what year I bought this Opti, but it runs XP with ZA and AVG since new. Click "Choose what the power buttons do" on the sidebar. Any word on how Dell is going to address this problem? Turn off computer and monitor2. THANK YOU!!

Ran a google search and found this article. I found the recommended driver online but I feel unsure about what to do next. Latest driver seems to have solved the issue on my e7440 as well. I have checked my device manager and everything is OK and no yellow warning marks. United States Copyright © Apple Inc. Since then there has been a BIOS update and also two important drivers which have been sometimes linked to this issue (elsewhere); the wireless driver and the Bluetooth driver.
