I am running FF with a fairly clean profile since I reinstalled my machine just a few days ago. Any site that uses flash video that plays in Firefox has these stuttering problems. This seems more prone to happen when playing embedded video and/or with multiple tabs open, specially with many images/flash. You can uninstall this program after you clean off any infections.
