I am using Firefox 11.0 on Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. I narrowed it down to my Firefox extensions. Reply Anup RamanIf the file is not listed in command prompt, it might be a false positive. It keeps detecting viruses and is active. The App must have changed some settings in browser.

Finding the registry path was strictly hit-or-miss because I didn’t know the name of the files I was looking for. Very good detailed instructions with alternative solutions. Is it best to just leave this disabled or remove it completely? You should try dumping all of them and just stick to one anti virus and malware/spyware program.
